When you contact RBNR

If you send an email, RBNR will receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, organisation and the contents of your message. This is used to respond, discuss potential work, deliver agreed services and maintain appropriate business records.

The lawful basis will normally be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, or RBNR’s legitimate interests in operating and developing the business.

Website operation

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and browser information where necessary to deliver and secure the website.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used only if you select Accept analytics. It helps RBNR understand visits, page views, engagement time, scrolling, outbound links, email-enquiry clicks and LinkedIn clicks.

Analytics information can include approximate location, device and browser information, referring pages, pages visited and interaction data. RBNR does not intentionally send your name, email address or message content to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and personalised advertising features are disabled.

Google Analytics uses cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_… cookie. Event-level data associated with cookies is currently configured to be retained for two months. Google may process information outside the UK under its applicable data-transfer safeguards.

Your choice is stored on your device so the website can remember it. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website.

Sharing and retention

Personal information is shared only where needed with service providers supporting website hosting, email, analytics or professional administration, or where disclosure is required by law. RBNR does not sell personal information.

Email correspondence and business records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, working relationship, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims.
